8 inches dia x 3 inches tall (with 1/8 in tall feet)

Made from a tree that went down during a winter storm in Portsmouth, RI in March 2017. The red coloring is caused by a reaction the tree has to the presence of Elder Beetle larva as it tunnels thru the tree. Though not meant for holding liquids, all my bowls are treated with food safe finishes.

My bowls are made uniquely - they are all made with three feet. This means that no matter what the wood does in moving due to temperature or seasonal changes in humidity - it will never rock or be tippy.

Though made separately, smaller bowl B-031 happens to fit perfectly inside this winged bowl which makes them a nicely matched dual set if desired.
